TOGETHER WE RISE

Most clubs will tell you they care about your athlete. We built our entire organization around proving it every single day.

We believe winning is the outcome of doing everything else right. When athletes are pushed to grow, supported by people who genuinely care, and feel safe enough to take risks with total confidence - the scoreboard takes care of itself.

RTB Volleyball is building a club program offering competitive junior volleyball for athletes ages 13U through 18U in Fairfax County, Prince William County, and the greater Northern Virginia area.

RTB Volleyball endeavors to provide year-round playing opportunities in addition to the club season that runs from mid-November through late May, where RTB teams will compete in 8–12 tournaments across the region and beyond. Every team gets structured coaching, a clear development plan, and a community that shows up for them - from the first practice to the last point of the season.

2026–2027 Season Update
We're Building. Here's Where Things Stand.
RTB Volleyball is actively securing practice and training space for the 2026–2027 season. Our full team lineup and age group roster will be confirmed and posted here once facilities are locked in. We expect to field between 3 and 7 competitive teams depending on available space — and we are working hard to maximize that number.

The program structure, tryout process, fees, and everything else you see on this site reflects exactly how RTB will operate. The only variable right now is capacity. We will communicate directly and promptly the moment that is confirmed.

Want to be first to know when registration opens? Sign up below and we will notify you the moment tryout registration goes live — no spam, no fluff, just the information you need.

Our commitment

every day is an opportunity to earn your trust again

Your player is the focal point of everything we do and we manage to the two metrics that matter most: Intent to Return and Intent to Recommend. When families want to stay, and trust us enough to tell their friends about us, that’s a sign of a job well-done.

INTEnT TO RETURN

We want players and siblings to choose RTB again, season after season, even when they have offers to play elsewhere.

INTENT TO REcommend

We want the RTB experience to be so positive that our families can't help but tell the world about us.
