We build people. volleyball is just how we do it.

RTB Volleyball is looking for leaders, teachers, mentors, and role models of all ages and backgrounds ready who also happen to coach volleyball.

Because what we're really doing here is building people. Teaching volleyball is just how we do it.

Here's what that means in practice:

• You will hold yourself to the standard before you hold anyone else to it.

• You will earn respect through consistency and character, not because you are the loudest voice in the gym.

• You will genuinely care about your players. About their well being, their development, and their future.

• You will invest in every player in front of you, not just the ones who make it easy.

• You will show up the same way every single day, because the athletes you coach are watching everything.

• You will want every player you coach to look back on their time with you as the best experience they've ever had.

• It will be more rewarding and fulfilling than you can possibly imagine.

Those are the expectations. We accept nothing less.

In return: You won't be managed from a distance or left on an island. You will be developed, supported, and genuinely invested in. You will be given clear expectations to lean on. A staff that has your back. Opportunities to lead, grow, and build something that outlasts a single season.

We believe coaches who are genuinely cared for are the only ones capable of genuinely caring for players.
