Varsity Edge is a focused three-day program to sharpen the skills, habits, and competitive mindset it takes to walk into tryouts and show coaches exactly what you're made of. High-repetition, high-expectation training in a competitive environment with position-specific work led by local high school coaches. This is the week you use to make sure the work you've put in all year shows up when it counts. For rising 9th–12th graders.

Where Varsity Edge is a 3-day intensive program built to prepare your athlete for the rigors of HS tryouts, Coach Dylan will slow things down with our Dialed In series. Each day is built around a single skill, worked from every angle, until it starts to feel automatic. Perfect for players heading into tryouts who want to walk in with a specific weakness turned into a strength — or any athlete looking to sharpen one part of their game with focused instruction and feedback.

For players in SYA, CYA, VYI, and similar travel leagues who are ready to close the gap between rec ball and competitive play. If you've been the best on your rec team and want to know what competitive volleyball actually demands — technically, physically, and mentally — this clinic was built for you. Our coaching staff begins reviewing evaluations and extending offers that same night — which means Early Bird is your best opportunity to show us you're ready to raise the bar. Spots are limited. RTB Volleyball 14U Tryouts for the 2026/2027 season. Over the course of a two-hour session, players will warm up, compete in high-tempo drills, and step into real game-play situations. Our coaches evaluate the whole athlete — skill, attitude, effort, communication, and the intangibles that define great teammates. A $50 non-refundable tryout fee is required. Current CHRVA membership required to participate. Registration opens September 1st.

Callback Tryouts are by invitation only. If you receive a callback invitation, it means our coaching staff wants a second look before making a final roster decision. This is your opportunity to come in, compete, and show us what you're capable of. Callbacks are a good sign — use them.
